Took money from my account without prior knowledge. I joined zoosk initially, but I never continue using their application. Im not interested. If I didnt unsubscribe, then it was a mistake. Please refund my money back and immediately unsubscribe me from your network. Thank you for your understanding

I just received an auto renew notice. I stopped my membership September 2020.

I never received received notice of Zoosk billing me in October . I stopped the service in September. I spoke with a customer service person and she said she could not credit me for that time period because it was more than 6 months. She said I just canceled emails. That was very tricky. Who can I contact to get a refund. You can check your records and see that I have not used your website or received any emails. I am very frustrated. Please have someone contact me. Right, read the comments below – it is an “automatic” renewal. Designed for fools who engage in contracts without fully reading or understanding them. The company is so lousy it has to resort to “dirty tricks” to keep “customers”.

My Zoosk account has been obviously hacked, someone was sending some sort of advertising to ladies using my account. I have since not been able to access my account and cannot even get a change password link sent to my email. I have tried calling Zoosk and although the call center claims to open at 10 AM (its is now 10:23 AM) no one answers and they suggest I email them there appears to be no way to do this.

Cancel subscription and refund

I was unaware of the fact that my subscription was an automatic renewal I’ve had no luck and I did not want to continue the subscription as soon as I saw that it had filled my account I immediately canceled however there are three charges on my card. 2 for $29.97 and 1 for 19.95. I didn’t authorize any of these charges or I wasn’t aware that I authorized any of these charges. After speaking to my bank before it’s disputing the charges they told me to reach out so that is what I’m doing. It’s says a purchased an ad on which I did not do, something about coins which I didn’t do and then the 3 month subscription. Please get back to me via email as soon as possible. The contract clearly states the ‘automatic’ renewal clause. You simply failed to read or understand it.

You will need to : send a cease and desist letter to the vendor, a minimum of 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Utilize Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested. Then inform your financial institution to decline payment to this vendor.

Do not publish personal information on an open internet website. Keep all postal receipts and copies of your correspondence.
